Cancellation & Modification

Every Kymalo item is personalized and made to order just for you, so we begin preparing your order soon after it is placed. That means the window to change or cancel is short.

The change & cancellation window

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not yet started. After production begins, we're unable to modify or cancel, because your item is already being custom made and cannot be resold.

Size, color or style (subject to availability)
The uploaded photo or personalization details
Shipping address

How to request a change or cancellation

Email hello@kymalo.com as soon as possible with:

Your order number
What you'd like to change or that you'd like to cancel

We'll confirm by email once your request is processed. If your order has already entered production, we'll let you know and help with the best available option.
