How does the custom face printing work?
After you order, upload a clear photo of the face (or faces) you want featured. Our design team blends it into your chosen tropical print, then we produce your item just for you. You'll see your face woven right into the all-over pattern.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a bright, in-focus photo taken straight on, with the face clearly visible and not covered by sunglasses, hats or hands. Higher resolution is always better. If anything about your photo won't work well, we'll email you before we print.
How long until I get my order?
Because every item is made to order, please allow typically 2–4 business days to make your item, plus 7–15 business days to ship. Delivery times can vary by destination and season.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within a short window after ordering — by default the first 12 hours — before production begins. Email hello@kymalo.com with your order number as soon as possible. See our Cancellation & Modification page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged, wrong or defective?
We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. Details on our Refund & Replacement page.
How do I choose my size?
Our shirts have a relaxed, unisex island fit. Check the Size Chart for chest and length measurements, and compare them to a shirt you already love.
How should I care for my Kymalo apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and skip bleach and ironing directly on the print. Gentle care keeps your colors vivid.
Will the print fade or peel?
Our all-over prints are dyed into the fabric rather than pressed on top, so with proper care the colors stay bright and won't crack or peel.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track any time on our Track Order page.
