WHAT WE PROCESS

When you customize a product, we process the photos you upload, background-removed previews, crop and placement choices, selected layouts, customization text, and technical or order identifiers needed to keep those choices connected to your cart and order.

HOW WE USE CUSTOMIZATION CONTENT

We use this content to generate an on-screen preview, prepare print-ready artwork, make and deliver your product, troubleshoot an order, and evaluate an eligible replacement request. We do not place customer photos in our public design library or use them in advertising or public product examples without separate permission.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Kymalo uses service providers for cloud storage, image processing, ecommerce, production, delivery and customer support. Customization content may be processed by those providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.

RETENTION & DELETION

Uploaded original-photo and preview-image files are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately 30 days. Print-ready artwork and limited order or customization records may be retained longer when needed to fulfill an order, provide support, process an eligible replacement, prevent fraud, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

You may request deletion through our Contact Us page. We will act on verified requests where applicable, although information required for an active order or a legal obligation may need to be retained for a limited period.

YOUR PHOTOS & PERMISSION

You keep the rights you hold in your uploaded photos. You give Kymalo and the service providers involved a limited permission to process those files only for customization, production, fulfillment and support.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, including a child, you must have authority to use it for a customized product. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or highly sensitive content.
