HOW TO SPOT A SUSPICIOUS WEBSITE
- The web address is not kymalo.com, contains a misspelling, or uses an unfamiliar ending.
- An ad promises an extreme clearance price and pressures you to act immediately.
- The site asks for payment outside its normal checkout or requests gift cards, bank transfers or cryptocurrency.
- A social-media account asks for payment details, passwords or one-time login codes by direct message.
- Contact information, policies or product details are missing, inconsistent or copied.
IF YOU FIND OR USE A SUSPICIOUS SITE
Do not enter personal or payment information. Save the website address and screenshots, then report them to Kymalo. If you already submitted payment details or made a purchase, contact your bank or card issuer immediately for guidance and monitor the account for unauthorized activity.
