Every Kymalo piece is made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 6–9 business days in the United States and 7–10 business days for international destinations.

Your checkout estimate and tracking updates are the best guide for your address. Weekends, holidays, customs, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more.

We ship throughout all 50 U.S. states and to many international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is currently available to your country or region.

Email hello@kymalo.com as soon as possible with your order number. Change or cancellation requests may be possible within 12 hours, provided production has not started.

Once production or shipping has begun, an address change, item change or cancellation may no longer be possible. See Cancellation & Modification for details.

We will email you a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also visit Track Order and enter your tracking or order information for the latest status.

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in Kymalo shipping rates and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Carrier estimates can change because of weather, holidays, customs or local service conditions. Check the tracking link first, then email hello@kymalo.com with your order number if the package has not moved or is beyond the estimated window.

First check the delivery location, household members, neighbors and the local carrier. If the package is still missing, email hello@kymalo.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the shipment and start a carrier claim when appropriate.
