Do I need to cut out the face myself?

No — we do it automatically the moment you upload, hair and all. No editing skills, no extra apps. Uploading a group shot? We'll spot every face and ask which heads you want, or you can crop the exact area yourself right in the customizer.

Can I put my pet in the design?

Absolutely. Dogs, cats — any pet with a clear front-facing photo works just like a human face.

How many faces can I add?

Up to 5 per item — mix family, friends, and pets in one design. Each face after the first is just $3.99.

How long does it take to arrive?

Production takes 1–3 days. Delivery time after that depends on where you are — you’ll see the estimate for your address at checkout. We make orders in the order they come in — the sooner you order, the sooner it ships. In a hurry? Add VIP Service ($3.99) to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Can I order matching pieces for a group?

Yes — and everyone can have their own size. Customize one, add it to your cart, then come back and customize the next. Faces, design, and size are saved per item, so a family or a whole bachelor party can travel in the same print.

Is my photo safe?
